Our strain has fruits that are approximately 1-½" long x ½ inch wide, tapering to a blunt point. This is a very flavorful hot pepper that is ideal for chili sauce, salsa, hot pepper vinegar, and for pickling. Fruits are hot whether green or red. The heat index is approximately 15,000 Scoville units. (Ripens from glossy green to crimson red.)
